Shipping policy

All orders are fulfilled within 5 business days. Shipping times vary based on shipping method selected at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping information is correct. 

Ivry Company is not responsible for parcels once they are deemed delivered by the carrier. If your parcel is not deliverable or returned to us, you will not be refunded the shipping fee. 

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within a 28km radius of North Sydney, NS. The delivery fee ranges from $4-8 depending on your location. Local orders placed over $50 will receive free local delivery. This will automatically apply at the checkout. If you feel you should be eligible for local delivery but it is not listed as an option, please send us a message via social media or email at support@ivrycompany.com.

Canada

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $16 for all orders within Canada. A tracking number will be added to your order once it has shipped.
